These are some of the usual doubts of our clients.

Does the biciazada come with any accessories?

No ... We sell all the parts separately, as there are customers who want two jaw chassis and a kit of accessories or tools

Is it mandatory to buy the whole kit?

No. You can buy whatever you want, all separately with its corresponding price and function.

What minimum surface area do I need to have to buy a jig with the accessories or the double handle fork?

From 200 m2 you can already get a return on the purchase.

Is it paid before or after?

You always pay before with the different systems specified on the web.

How many days does it take to deliver the order?

We always try to have everything in stock, but it depends on the season and the orders we have (if they are very large orders), in specific cases the delivery can be up to 30 days.

What maintenance do D'Ecoprac tools need?

It is almost nil, but if you want to keep your tools clean with an iron scouring pad, they are polished and the ash wood handles can be given a coat with special ecological oil for wood, at least once a year.

If I break a weld or part, what can I do?

We always recommend that the closest workshop you have can weld it, but, if necessary, send it to us and we will fix it as quickly as possible.

If I am taller or shorter than the standard, will these tools work for me?

Yes, then, they can be adjusted according to the height of the person, and therefore, they are tools adapted to both children, adolescents and adults.

If I have a garden outside my home or in another town or city, can I put it in my vehicle?

Yes, it folds completely and the wheel can be removed in seconds, so it can be easily transported to all places.

I am not very handy with assembling tools and so on. Are there instructions for the assembly of the bicazada?

Yes, there is a tutorial on YouTube where it teaches how to assemble it in 4 minutes.

We are a producers association, or we are members of a cooperative, up to how many units of tools or pitchforks must we order to have a discount percentage?

Can I come to pick up my order directly from your workshop?

Yes, get in touch by phone call.

Do the tools all come in the same box or separately?

Everything comes together in the same box and wrapped piece by piece.

How is the shipment made?

By parcel agency and tracking number

Do you ship in Europe, the Balearic Islands or the Canary Islands?

Yes, as long as you write us the postal code, we will tell you exactly how much it costs you to your requested destination.

Can all the tools that appear on the web be attached to the biciazada?

Yes. They are all made to be attached quickly and easily to the jaw, without the need for any key.

Are the measurements of the tools always the same or are you larger or smaller, for example, the height of the ear of the area, welder, etc.?

Yes. They are the same, but it must be said that in cases we have tried to adapt to the needs of farmers.

Return policy

Items purchased from ECOPRAC can be returned within 30 days of receipt of shipment in most cases. During this period, you can test the product and review it as if you were buying something in a physical store. The product must be in the same condition in which you receive it and without any type of damage. You can remove the product from its packaging, unless it is sealed. If you decide to return the items, you will need to notify us by filling in the return form on our website, or using the withdrawal form shown below. You can also let us know that you want to return your order by sending an email to albertfont@me.com. Please note that you must send the items back within 14 days of informing us. Processing your return After we receive your return shipment, we will inspect the returned items and begin processing your refund. The money will be returned to the original payment method you used during the purchase, unless you prefer otherwise. The refund will be paid within 7 days. You will have to cover the return shipping costs yourself. The costs will be an estimated maximum of € 60. Items that cannot be returned The following types of items cannot be returned: When buying as a business (commercial contract between companies)

 

 

SHIPPING CONDITIONS

At ECOPRAC, we have several shipping options, although we always send shipments through courier companies. To know exactly how much your shipment will cost, keep in mind that this will depend on several factors: the destination, the selected delivery time, the amount of the purchase and the weight of the shipment.

Keep in mind that in order for delivery times to be met, you must place the order before the cut-off time. After said cut-off time, the order will be processed the next day, since we cannot deliver it to the transport company. Keep in mind that the cut-off time is 1:00 p.m.

Orders paid by transfer will not be effective until we receive the transfer amount in our checking account. Through the rest of the means of payment, the order will begin to be prepared immediately. If the order is urgent, we recommend not using bank transfer as a payment method.

Whenever you place an order in ECOPRAC we will inform you by email of when we have proceeded to the shipment. In addition, we will monitor the delivery and will contact you if there is a problem. That is why we ask that you provide us with a phone number in the ordering process.

TIME AND DAY OF DELIVERY

Keep in mind that transport companies only work from Monday to Friday. They do not distribute on Saturdays or, of course, Sundays or holidays. In addition, when we give you approximate delivery dates, we do not take into account whether it is a local or regional holiday at the destination; We only consider the national and local holidays of origin.

We cannot guarantee a delivery time. The transport companies will be able to make the delivery throughout the agreed day before 20:00. However, an approximate schedule may be indicated that the company will try to meet, but is not required. In case they do not locate you, the transport company will try a second delivery agreed with you. If after the second attempt they do not locate you, you will have to pick up the order at the facilities of the transport company.

ORDERS NOT DELIVERED

If an order is sent and cannot be delivered for reasons attributable to the customer, the amount paid for the shipping costs will not be refunded, again having to pay other shipping costs for the reshipment of the merchandise.

RESPONSIBILITY IN THE DEADLINES AND CARRIER

The delivery times are indicative, they cannot be taken as a secure guarantee, although, generally, in 90% of the orders we fulfill them. In exceptional cases, we reserve the right to modify the transport company with which we will send the package, but always maintaining transit times.

ECOPRAC's liability is limited in cases of force majeure (strikes, adverse weather events that prevent normal traffic by land, sea or air,…). In these cases, the orders will be delivered as soon as possible, and the terms indicated above will not apply.
